From Points South (Albany):
Follow Interstate 787 North. Exit 1-787 at “NYS Route 7- Troy Bennington” across the Collar City Bridge (aka: “Hoosick Street Bridge”), on the Troy side of the bridge, turn right on ramp for “Downtown Troy,” to Sixth Avenue. Follow Sixth Avenue — past four traffic lights — until Sixth Avenue meets Congress Street only permitting a right turn. Turn right on Congress Street. Follow Congress Street past Fifth Avenue, Fourth Street, and Third Street, to 2nd Street. Turn right on 2nd Street. High Peaks Venture Partners is located at 10 2nd Street.
From Points West (Rochester/Buffalo via I-90):
Exit I-90 at exit 24, I-87 (northway) North. Take I-87 N to exit 7 - “NYS Route 7 Troy.” Follow the Route 7 highway east 4.2 miles, straight into Troy, over Collar City Bridge. Approaching the Troy side of the bridge, turn right on ramp for “Downtown Troy,” on Sixth Avenue. Follow Sixth Avenue — past four traffic lights — until Sixth Avenue meets Congress Street only permitting a right turn. Turn right on Congress Street. From Points North (Saratoga):
Follow Interstate 87 (Northway) South. Exit the Northway (1-87) at Exit 7 - “NYS Route 7 Troy.” Follow the Route 7 highway east 4.2 miles, straight into Troy, over Collar City Bridge. Approaching the Troy side of the bridge, turn right on ramp for “Downtown Troy,” on Sixth Avenue. From Points East (Vermont via NYS Route 7):
Follow NYS Route 7 into Troy. As you enter Troy from Brunswick traveling west on Route 7, about a mile after you pass the Brunswick Wal-Mart, the highway becomes “Hoosick Street” continue west on Hoosick Street (2.3 miles from Wal-Mart — 12 traffic lights). As Hoosick Street continues down the hill it connects with the Collar City Bridge (aka: “Hoosick Street Bridge”) and Interstate 787. Do not get on the bridge. Follow signs (left lane) for Hoosick Street, traveling under the bridge structure. At First light (#12 from Wal-Mart) under the bridge structure, turn left on Sixth Avenue. Follow Sixth Avenue — past four traffic lights - until Sixth Avenue meets Congress Street only permitting a right turn. Turn right on Congress Street. Follow Congress Street past Fifth Avenue, Fourth Street, and Third Street, to 2nd Street. Turn right on Second Street. High Peaks Venture Partners is located at 10 2nd Street.
